Hi Tricia,
I just published a new book entitled "No Whites" Baking Book: How To Bake Without White Flour or White Sugar. All of the recipes use whole wheat flour and agave nectar. I have Facebook and Google+ pages that have more information about the book and the ingredients. If you're on either of those sites, search for "No Whites Baking" and connect to me.

I don't want to be salesy, but if you just want to see the book, the link is below or you can just find it on Amazon.com.

Cook it allergy free (app, Facebook, and website) has recipes that are allergy friendly. If you see something in a recipe that you don't want, you can click on any ingriedient in red and it will give you a list of substitutions. Her recipes are already very organic and healthy!

Check out this blog:

She's also got two cookbooks out (I've seen at least one in my local library). She uses several whole-grain flours, and a variety of non-processed, or less-processed, sugars (maple syrup, agave nectar, muscovado sugar, etc.).
