1 package of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
thyme (I used herbes de Provence)
Mix your sauce together. Cover the chicken thighs in the sauce (I let it sit in the fridge for the day). Either grill them on the bbq or in the oven on BROIL (top rack) turning every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
These are fast, simple, tender and DELICIOUS!!!
