me and my bf discovered this little dish in the summer after i had gotten pregnant. and we liked it so much it became a bbq summer dish. take a large ceramic dish(something you'd use for maybe scalloped potatoes) peel and slice some potatoes. then cut up a couple of onions(i'd say about 3 should do it for a big batch) some red/green peppers. some carrots. cook a lil chicken on the side to add later on. ok now put the potatoes and onions and peppers together in a bowl(not the pan) grease the pan or add olive oil to the bottom. then grab your spices.take some onion powder garlic salt lemon pepper and steak spices(yes steak) some salt and pepper(ground preffered) and mix that in with your potatoes. or if you dont like lemon pepper use a bit of dill instead. and mix that up in the bowl. place the mixed veggies in the pan cover with tinfoil and put on the bbq. let it cook for about half an hour checking and stirring occasionally. you'll know their done when you can put your fork through the potatoes! and voila! enjoy
(the spices will vary for each dish. and as for measurments. its at the cookers discretion. so if you mess up the spices or put too much dont blame me! every person is different and likes a different amount of spices on their food.)
