Black Bean Salad:
2 cans blk beans drained and rinsed
½ red onion diced
½ red pepper diced
½ fresh lime juice or rice vinegar or other vinegar
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 gr. Onion white part only chopped
1 tbsp ground cumin
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine and mix all and enjoy!
