guacamole :)

this is a very flavorful recipe, that, after a lot of play, i have finally mastered for my family's personal taste. the ingredients are easy to delete, swap, add more, add less.
guacamole is a fun food, so play with the recipe until it works for you :)

3 avocados, cubed (we like chunky guac)
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeño, finely minced, no seeds
*more or less, depends on the amount of heat you like, or you could use a serrano or anaheim, less hot, but provides depth of flavor*
handful cilantro, chopped
juice of one lemon
1 tsp cumin
kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
mix and serve :)

*if i am feeling posh, i add a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds before serving*

*this is also a great addition to my vegetarian teen's diet

this is enough to garnish a meal for my family of four
or as a snack with chips

yum yum yummy
please enjoy

Guacamole recipe-

1 ripe avocado

1/2 clove garlic, crushed(or to taste)

1/4 tsp salt(or to taste)

1 tsp mayonaisse

I use this as a base, it's pretty simple, sometimes I add chopped and seeded tomato, I love red onion in it. You can add chopped cilantro if you like also. I play around with the recipe depending on what it's for and who is eating it.

By biscuits, do you mean dinner rolls or cookies? I have amazing recipes for both that are tried and true and I'll share with you.

Thanks so much for your positive feedback! I've only been doing the site for about a month, but I've really been having fun with it, and hearing back such kind things from other moms really makes me want to keep going with it.
