I would like to eat organic but I found it to be very expensive to shop at organic markets, like Whole Foods. Any suggestions?

www.Wildtree.com/Allison Look at the bundles, they can feed a family of 4 for about month. Right now those bundles are 1/2 off once you have an order of $50. I know that sounds like a lot, but you will be really surprised on how much you can get and how long it will last you. All of their seasonings, both liquid and dry can be used in multiple ways. Also, you don't use as much as you would of a store bought product.
"Its All About Making Great Food with Healthy Ingredients"
Natural, healthy food products.
No MSG, no hydrogenated oils, no high fructose corn syrups, no GMO's, no food dyes; no additives, preservatives or fillers; simply delicious naturally. Nut free facility!
Also, you can check out my blog, it will give you a lot of information about the company and it's products. They also have a Culinary Club that is a one time for life fee of $25 and you receive 2 Monthly Specials and 20% off of all orders. www.Tryn2BHlthy.blogspot.com Please feel free to email me if you have any additional questions. I know I have read articles on what is most important to but in organic. I can not remember where I read this but if you google articles about organic food you may fins something like that. Also during the summer months if you can go to a local Farmers Market you can almost always get good fresh foods that are less expensive than the supermarket .
Also if you have the space ( and you can even do it in containers) Plant a garden of the vegetables your family eats the most often.

I'm kind of in the same boat - I would like to buy organic food all the time, but I just can't afford it. I buy it whenever I can, and stock up on things when on sale, especially if it can be frozen. I do most of my shopping in the regular grocery store, and peruse the organic section looking for sales before I get the rest of my stuff. It's tough, but I just do it where I can.

Eatting organic is expensive but there is no need not to eat healthily. Frozen vegetabels are good value for money and you only use what you need. I always buy frozen peppers because they are half the price and there is no waste. I am also a big believer in making foods in twos as it is alot cheaper to buy 1 large pack of minced beef than 2 small ones, so I cook all the meat and eat one and freeze the other. I never buy ready made meals as they are expensive and full of fat and sugar I tend to make my own lasagne and Mouzaka, chillies and stews in big batches. Not only is this cheaper but time saving too.
