1 package of sweetened coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 jar of sweetened condensed milk
1 package of cream cheese
1 16oz whipped cream
1 jar of caramel ice cream topping
2 graham cracker crusts
In a medium saucepan, brown the pecans and coconut. Set aside
Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour in 1/3 of cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust. Drizzle 1/3 caramel over it. Repeat until full. Top each pie with coconut mixture.
