Carmel Popcorn

2 bags microwave popcorn
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Karo Syrup
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Melt the first six ingredients over medium heat, stir until it boils. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in Baking Soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn and toss.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stir every 15 minutes.
Store in an airtight container if it makes it that far.
