1 pkg.(20 oz.) -Refrigeated cookie dough
1/4 cup -Creamy peanut butter
1 pkg.(8 oz.) -Cream cheese
1/2 cup -Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. -Vanilla
2 med. -Apples
1 cup -Lemon lime soda
1/4 cup -Carmel topping
-Cinnamon
-Chopped nuts (if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Roll out cookie dough to the size of your cookie sheet, bake 10-15 min. or until browned lightly. Cool 10 min. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla together til smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture on the cookie. Peel, core and slice apples, dip in lemon lime soda arrange apples on cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Heat carmel topping slightly so it is easy to pour. Drizzle over apples. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts over pizza.
