Cheap and easy Pineapple Dessert

I got this recipe when I was about 8 years old from my aunt. I am now 32. I make this and take it when I go to friends for a meal or something. It is fast and easy to make. My kids love it and it only cost like maybe $3.50 to make. I double when I go to friends houses. It is delicious!!!!



1 can of crushed pineapple (in its own juice)

1 16oz container of sour cream

1 large box of vanilla instant pudding



Drain the pineapples. Then mix the pineapples, sour cream, and the dry pack of pudding in a bowl. Do not make the vanilla pudding. The sour cream is a substitute for the milk, trust me. And you cannot even taste the sour cream in it. Then it is ready to serve.

Kelly, I made your recipe. I was short on sour cream so I used some of the pineapple juice to compensate for low amound of sour cream. It worked and we did enjoy this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

What do i serve with it? Is it to eat by itself?
