60ml water (from recently boiled kettle)
250ml Fresh Cream
In a heavy based saucepan melt marshmallows, butter, water & choc together until smooth (don't boil).
Whip fresh cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour mixture into serving dish and allow to cool. Refrigerate until set (about 3 hours).
Garnish as desired and serve.
This recipe can also be used with a biscuit base of choice and turned into a mousse tart!!
