Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)

salt & pepper to taste

garlic powder, to taste

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup



Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix undiluted soup and pour over chicken in the crock pot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.



I cooked on high for 4 hours and it was fine. I also served mine with rice.



I usually serve either mashed or baked potatoes and put some of the cheese sauce over it. Also, My boys love the cheese sauce over broccoli and cauliflower.

You could also mix rice into the soup and add a cup of milk. Pour the soup and rice mixture into a 9X13in pan place the chicken breasts on top. Cover with foil and cool at 425 degrees in the oven for 45 min.
