Cook 3-4 chicken breasts and set aside. In a 9 by 13 " pan , crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers (or store brand). Melt one stick of butter and pour over crackers. Tear up chicken over the crackers. Take 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, and 8oz. of sour cream and mix together, then pour it over the chicken. Top with Ritz crackers and butter again and bake for 30 min. at 350 and enjoy. My family loves it.

Here is another quick and easy Chicken or Leftover Turkey Recipe:

1 can chicken and rice soup

1 can cream of chick soup

2 cups cut up chicken or turkey

1 box of chicken stuffing

1 box of cornbread stuffing

Mix soups in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Add your chicken. Boil water as directed for each box of stuffing. Mix stuffing together in large bowl with the boiling water. Top the chicken and soup mixture. Cover with alum foil and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. VERY GOOD!!!
