2 chicken breasts
1 cup of rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of diced green chilies
1/2 bag nacho cheese Doritos
As much or as little onion as you want
1 cup or so of any salsa
cheddar cheese
Grill chicken with mexican seasoning
Cook rice as per instructions on rice
Mix all ingredients together excepts the cheese - smashing chips to smaller pieces
Put mixture in a baking dish and cover with cheese
Bake in a 350 oven just long enough to warm and melt cheese
Enjoy!
