Chicken Pot Pie

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
32 ounce bag of frozen mixed veggies
2 cups bisquick
2 cups buttermilk
2 sticks butter ( I only use 1)
4 chicken breast

preheat oven to 350 degrees

boil chicken breast until fully cooked. Shred chicken with fork. Mix chicken with 2 cans of soup and veggies.

In separate bowl mix bisquick, buttermilk and butter until creamy.

spread chicken mix in large casserole dish (greased). Then pour bisquick mix on top.

cook for 30-45 minutes...or until the crust is brown.

This recipe was given to me by a friend, and soon became one of our family's fave. Its great to make for gathering, and is easy to make.
