3 bars of cooking choc, i tin of condensed milk, 1 packet of rich tea biscuits.
melt the 2 bars of cooking choc on a plate over a sauce pan of boiling water.
(put a little bit of butter in with the choc)
put the bikkies in a plastic bag, and crush( not to finely) with a rolling pin. keep some of the bikkies a bit chunky.
when the choc has melted pour into a glass dish and gradually pour in the condensed milk mix well together.
spoon the bikkies in to the mix and knead well .
cover a flat dish( i always use the shepards pie one) with greece proof paper ( put some butter to get it to stick )
place the cake mixture in , and even out .cover with tin foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
when the cake is hard, turn it up side down and melt the left over choc bar and spread it on the top of the cake, then decorate with buttons and smarties (or what ever the little ones like)
place it back on the fridge and when its solid, slice it up as desired!!!
enjoy: )
