Crust



1 Stick Butter or Margarine



1 Cup Chopped Pecans



1 Cup Flour







Melt butter or margarine, stir in pecans and flour until well blended.



Press firmly into 9x13 pan.



Bake for 20 minutes or until browned at 350 degrees.



Remove from oven let cool.







Cream Cheese Filing 1st Layer



1 pkg. Cream Cheese (soft)



1 Cup Cool Whip



1 Cup Powdered Sugar







Beat together all ingredients until smooth.



Set aside.







Pudding Filing 2nd Layer



2 Small Boxes or 1 Large Chocolate instant pudding mix



3 Cups Milk







Beat together pudding mix and milk until thick and smooth. Pudding will thicken when setting.



Set aside.







Let crust cool. Spread Cream Cheese Filing 1st Layer evenly over crust. Spread Pudding Filing 2nd Layer on top of Cream Cheese. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate for about 1 hour on until chilled. Serve.

Annette,



Cool whip is just whipped cream. You can make it yourself if you don't have it in Australia. Just buy some heavy whipping cream and use a blender and whip it until it becomes light and fluffy (it will taste even better than cool whip) Also another tip while the crust is baking if you prepare the pudding it will be thick enough to spread when the crust is cooked. sounds yummy just not sure what is cook whip? I am in Australia. I am not sure what this is.
