Thanks everyone! It was really easy to do. I made a round cake and cupcakes. I used two of the cupcakes for eyes and frosted them white/black and the other cupcakes are the "cookie" with chocolate frosting and chocolate chips. I made a slit in cookie monsters mouth and inserted the real cookies partially into it.For his fur I just used vanilla frosting dyed blue I used a tip that you would use for grass to make his fur stand up a little. And after frosting I used a toothpick to aggitate the frosting a little to help create the 'fur'. It was really fun and easy to do. And, I am sorry I didn't respond to the earlier posts I had no idea everyone was commenting on my picture. Thanks everyone!!!

this was such a neat idea. I love making cakes for my kids birthdays. We have done lighting mqueen, and spongebob. Both turned out excellent. thumbs up to you on your creativity.
