One of my easiest recipes is for salmon. Line a 9x13 pan with foil. Place salmon filets (you can get these fairly inexpensively in the freezer section) skin side down in the pan. Brush dijon or honey mustard to lightly cover the fish. Then cover with bread crumbs. I like to use Italian style, but it is not necessary. Then pour a little melted butter over the top. Cook in the oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.

I'm a Dunn too. Have to help you out. kraftfoods.com and makedinnereasy.com Both have some good recipes. I find alot that i know my husband and I will eat. Most of the them are pretty easy too. here is one of my favorite recipes:
Cheesy salsa chicken and rice
1 lb chicken, cut up
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 oz velveeta, cut up
1and1/2 cup instant white rice, uncooked
Season chicken to your preference with salt/pepper and cook thoroughly
add salsa, water and velveeta, mix well and bring to boil
stir in rice and cover. remove from heat and let stand 7 mins or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
I think this came from the kraft website, i'm not sure anymore. I like it though.
