cream corn casserole

pre heat oven 350 degrees. Ingrediants are 2 cans regular corn, 2 cans creme corn, 1 pkg 8ounce of cream cheese, 1 box jiffy corn bread mix and 1 stick of butter.combine all ingrediants in mixing bowl. Do not drain the corn. Mix until all blended. use a 8x9 pan spray lightly with pam or any cooking spray. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for one hour or until golden in color.

Hi! would like to try this lol, it sounds easy, just wondering how much butter is one stick of butter? lol i am no cook

I did use this with some BBQ chops last week for dinner and it was the biggest hit of anything I have done new in a year, My hubby is not real picky but gets in a rut and isnt always ready for a new thing and he went nuts and complimented me a least 10 times and again with the leftovers, My children are rather picky and they have asked me to make it agin alrready and were mad when I finished the leftovers over the weekend...

My husband is a cream corn nut! I'll give this a try this weekend when he comes back into town..the cream cheese part sounds yummy. Thanks for the recipe. :-]
