I made a chicken in the crockpot tonight that tastes like a rotisserie chicken.
Ball up aluminum foil and put on the bottom of the crock pot. Add cleaned chicken, patted dry, breast side up to crockpot. Spray chicken with PAM spray and sprinkle with Seasoning Salt. I cooked it on high for like 8 hours. It was delicious. We had some for dinner and I plan on making stuffed shells with the leftovers this week.
