Dinner in the crock pot-Smothered Pork Chops

4 Boneless Pork Chop
2 Large Cans of Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
salt
Cover the bottom of the crockpot with some of the Mushroom soup, then lay the pork chops in the bottom, add seasoning & onions, then cover with the rest of the soup. cover and simmer for 8 hours.
Serve with mash potatos, rice, or whatever you favorite side is.

You can also substitute beef stew meat (already pre-packaged or make your own) for the pork chops.....both fantastic!!

Thanks Tina, I will try this recipe tomorrow, as being busy having dinner cooking while I do other chores is always a plus.
