LIRA’S CHILI/QUESO DIP
INGREDIENTS
1 LBS. GROUND BEEF
1 CAN ROSARITA REFRIED BEANS
10 OZ. CAN ORIGINAL ROTEIL
14 OZ. JAR PACE PICANTE SAUCE (ANY HEAT)
10 OZ. CAN CAMPBELL’S CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP
DIRCTIONS
BROWN BEEF IN 10 IN. SKILLET, DRAIN. ADD BEANS, ROTEIL, PICANTE SAUCE TO SKILLET, MIX. ADD BEEF. HEAT TO JUST BUBBLY. ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP FOR LAST 5 MIN. OF COOK TIME. LET COOL. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHIPS OR CRACKERS

You can try this recipe with the generic brands, but it does taste better with the mentioned brands.

My aunt gave my mom this recipe and she makes for all parties she attends. When she gave me this recipe it has been a huge hit at get togethers I have attended. With the picante sauce you can get mild, medium, or hot depending on your tastes. Enjoy.

Would love to try out a new dip and ofcourse my 1 1/2 year old thinks that every food needs to be dipped in something (i.e. ketchup, ranch, BBQ, etc)
