quick and healthier version of chicken fettucinne (no sauce)
4 chicken breasts cut up and cooked with garlic salt, leave in pan add 2 tbs of margerine ( or butter) stir in cooked pasta ( I use rotini) add more garlic to taste, sprinkle with parm cheese and serve with a salad :) It is one of my family's favorites.

Chicken palmer ham
Cover chicken breast with clim film on a board, flaten by bashing with a frying pan untill an inch thick, place mozzerella or parmasan cheese on the breast with a sprinkle of Thyme & black pepper wrap in palmer ham fry or grill for 10 min!!

My 10 months old son loves this....
50 gm of bone less, skinless chicken tiny pieces.
one tea cup of finely chopped mixed veggies like french beans, capsicum, carrot and peas. 1/4th of a medium sized onion and one clove garlic.
1/3rd cup of rice and lentils.
Heat 1/2 teaspoon of ghee(liquid butter) add 1/3rd tsp cumin seeds. then add onion, garlic and the chicken pieces. Stir for a min, add veggies, pinch of salt and turmeric, fry for two mins then stir in rice and lentils. Add 1.5 cups of water and steam it for 5 mins in a pressure cooker...when cool blend it in a blender and serve.
This dish is high on nutrition and fast to cook! above all my baby loves it!

Pulled pork or Chicken Sandwithches
Feeds a family of 3 with a little left over
I use a crockpot or slowcooker for it but it can be done with a regular pot.
2 boneless skinless chicken breast or 2 med. boneless porkchops
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbspn onion powder (my husband like the flavor but not the texture of onion)
2 chicken boulion cubes
Favorite BBQ sauce
Boil meat in bollion, and spices until cooked through
shred with forks, place back into crockpot and cover in BBQ sauce mix to combine let simmer until ready to serve.
Toast buns, top buns with Meat and serve.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Jarred marinara sauce
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sliced Provolone Cheese
Italian Seasoning Mix
Preheat oven to 375F. Pound chicken to even thickeness—season with salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Spoon sauce over chicken. Top with provolone cheese slice and Italian seasoning. Cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with pasta and additional sauce, if desired

chicken salad. cook boneless skinless chicken breast frozen at 425 degrees for about 45 min. before cooking season with garlic powder,onion salt,black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. when done fine chop and mix with mayo and any other ingrediants like apples or celery.
stuffed pork chops. butterfly a porkchop or buy it that way,stuff with rice or stuffing bake at 425 until cooked. season with your fave spices.
