Country-style ribs (I usually use boneless, but bone-in is good too)
2 bottles BBQ sauce (per one package of ribs) (I use Jack Daniels Original No. 7)
Preheat oven to 325 F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place ribs in baking dish. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over ribs. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs until completely covered. Cover dish with foil and place in oven. Bake for at least 3 hours.
When done, they are so tender you can cut them with a fork..These are great with mac and cheese and green beans.
