2-3 pcs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can mixed veggies
2 cans cream of potato soup
splash milk
1 pie crust (top and bottom)
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and brown. Mix veggies, soups, milk, and cooked chicken in bowl. Place pie crust in bottom of a pie pan and pour in chicken/veggie mixture. Put on lid and seal edges. Cut a few slits in the top to vent and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour. **The cooking time takes some trial and error because the bottom crust can sometimes stay a little doughy. After the top is the brown-ness that I want, I usually cover it with foil and allow the rest of the pie to cook a little while longer to make sure the bottom gets done.
