Easy mac and cheese

All {ingredients needed in brackets}



Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Boil {1 Pound macaroni Noodles} according to package directions, Drain

Cut {1 Pound New York Sharp Cheddar} and {8 oz Cream Cheese} into one inch cubes

Stir Cheese into macaroni until entirely melted over low heat

Add {2 Tablespoons butter} {2 beaten eggs} {one quarter cup of milk (or half and half)} and {salt and pepper to taste} to macaroni mixture and stir

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan

Top with {seasoned bread crumbs}

Bake 30 Minutes under foil

Bake additional 5 without foil



So creamy and delicious... when I want to make this a meal, I'll add some diced chicken, cooked frozen broccoli, sausage, canned diced tomatoes, or cooked spinach

I love Macaroni and Cheese so be assured I will be trying this one out soon. It is like a comfort food for me. Thanks for the post
