Easy Pasta Dinner

1 lbs Organic Pasta
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs unsalted butter
3 - 4 cloves of fresh garlic
3 tbs sun dried tomatoes
1/2 vidalia onion
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp - 1 tsp sea salt
1 lemon - squeeze the juice
fresh basil or 1 - 2 tsp dried italian seasoning/dried basil & oregano blend
parmesan cheese to sprinkle at the end

a choice of either chicken breast or shrimp - use 3 breast for a family of 5 (use your judgment)

cook the pasta according to direction

In a separate cooking pan,
In low - medium heat, put both olive oil and butter then add
pressed garlic, saute for a minute, add chopped onion and sun-dried tomatoes
cook for another minute or two
add your cut up chicken breast or shrimp (5 minutes or so)
add the lemon juice & wine
lower the heat a little
add the salt and the herbs
cook until the meat are cooked or the shrimp is done (another 5 - 10 minutes max - check your meat)

Toss your pasta, top with the parmesan cheese!

Serve with a simple salad an fresh bread!

Cooking time: 15 minutes (for chicken, 10 minutes for shrimp)
Prep time: 5 - 10 minutes
