Anything made with cheese in my family lol
Potato,cheese and onion pie
5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
90 g butter
2–3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups grated mature Cheddar cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
2 large onions, peeled and sliced
1/2–1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup dried white breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until cooked, drain well and mash with two-thirds of the butter and the milk. Mix in the Cheddar cheese and season to taste.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan, add the onions and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir in the thyme continue to cook until golden and caramelised.
3. Spread half the mashed potato in the bottom of a pie dish or ovenproof dish. Spread the onions on top and cover with the remaining potato. sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the center of the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and piping hot.

Zesty Ravioli Skillet
1/3 cup (75 mL) heavy whipping cream
4 cups (1 L) loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves
6 oz (175 g) provolone cheese, grated
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cans (14.5 oz/398 mL each) diced tomatoes with onions, undrained
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
1 pkg (24 oz/700 g) small frozen cheese ravioli (about 65)
Halved grape tomatoes (optional)
Measure cream using Easy Read Measuring Cup. Wash spinach in large Stainless Mesh Colander; drain. Grate cheese using Ultimate Mandoline fitted with grating blade. Set aside cream, spinach and cheese.
Add oil to (12-in./30-cm) Skillet; heat over medium-high heat 1-3 minutes or until shimmering. Finely chop jalapeño with Food Chopper. Add jalapeño to Skillet; cook and stir 1 minute or until crisp-tender. Press garlic into Skillet with Garlic Press; cook and stir 15-20 seconds or until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, salt and black pepper to Skillet; cook and stir with Bamboo Spatula 1-2 minutes or until simmering. Add ravioli; stir to coat. Cook, uncovered, 4-5 minutes or until tender. Stir cream into Skillet. Cook, uncovered, 1-2 minutes or until simmering. Sprinkle spinach over ravioli; cook, covered, 1 minute or until spinach starts to wilt.
Remove Skillet from heat. Top with cheese; cover Skillet and let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with grape tomatoes, if desired.

Chicken breast, 1 piece or 2, boil until cooked, then cool, 1 box of multicolored rotini noodles (spiral noodles), boil, strain then cool, and a bottle of Italian dressing. with all the ingredients, put in a bowl, shred chicken, add italian dressing as much as u desire and "wahlah" an easy meal under 30 minutes. My husband and children love it. You can also add veggies of your own, like olives, corn, tomatoes or bell pepper

My family loves sweet kraut and brats. Drain kraut and put in a skillet or sauce pan with brown sugar (I use just enough to get my kids to eat it), I boil my brats until done and then brown them. Serve with your choice of sides. We also like beef tips and gravy (the easy way), all you need is a pack of beef tips and a packet of easy brown onion gravy, brown tips in a skillet, prepare gravy in a bowl, once tips are done add gravy to them, let simmer until gravy thickens. Once again, serve with your choice of sides.

I just recently came across this recipe and it's a family fave and REALLY easy.
Sun-dried tomato chicken
6 chicken breast halves
3/4 c sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
1/4 c roasted red pepper vinaigrette
Put chicken in a slightly greased pan. Pour both vinaigrettes over the top and bake at 400 for 1 hour. You can put chopped sun dried tomatoes on top if you'd like, but i never bother.

1 lb hamburger or turkey
1 green pepper
Brown the top 3 ingredients. Drain and put into a stock pot
Add to the stockpot:
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can of corn
1 can of chili beans
1 can pinto beans
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 pkg of ranch dressing seasoning
Cook for 1 hour

I have a great light but filling recipe it's white bean chili 1 can of Northern white bean, 2 cups of Salsa or diced tomatoes, 2 cups of fat free chicken broth , 4 cups of cooked ground chicken breast or ground turkey breast or chicken sausage ground and 1 cup of skim milk mozz. cheese. Brown the meat you choose, drain the fat and liquid out, add broth, salsa and beans to meat. bring to a boil, cook for 10 to 15 mins. on low then remove from heat to let cool for a while, then add the 1 cup of skim milk mozz. cheese. mix and let sit for a min. or two. then enjoy. Low fat with lots of flavor. Ever party I go to I have to bring this. It will be a hit in your home also. Thanks and enjoy!!!

Parmesan crusted tilapia
you need 6 tilapia fillets
1 egg beaten with salt, pepper and a splash of water for an egg wash
2 cups bread crumbs
1 TBL garlic powder
2 TBL chopped Italian Parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Heat large skillet on Med High, with just enough EVOO to cover bottom.
combine bread crumbs and all other dry ingredients in a shallow bowl, large enough to fit you fillets in. same for the egg wash. dip your fillets in the egg wash, then into the bread crumb mixture.
Place breaded fillets in skillet (just a couple at a time. Don't crowd your pan) cooking for about 3 min on each side. When fish is done, it will start to flake.
We serve this with rice and a veggie. The left overs also make a great fish sandwich! Enjoy!!!

Chicken in Gravy - Flour and brown chicken breasts (about 6). Mix two jars of chicken gravy with 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup and 1/2 cup milk. Place browned chicken breats in baking dish. Pour gravy mix over the top of the chicken. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Also good if you sprinkle bread crumbs over the top the last 15 minutes.

We eat this weekly. You will need :One chicken breast per person (Or split between two children), 1 can your choice of spaghetti or Marinara Sauce, about 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (or the cheese of your choice). Put breasts in an oven safe dish, cover with sauce, simmer approx 1 hour or until chicken breast is cooked through (I ccok it at 350 degrees in a covered dish), top with cheese when done, serve over rice, noodles or as is! Enjoy!

chicken breast baked in the over with a little lemon pepper seasoning, in a cassarole dish with about and 1/2 -1inch of water. water will cook in to the chicken and make it moist. the then when it is almost done put a little spaghetti sauce on it and Parmesan cheese. and bake for 5-15 mins. sever with a side of veggies!!
once in a while i like to get a little daring and i put lemon juice or orange juice in with the water for that extra added flavor.
takes about 30-45 mins
