Donna’s Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter at room temp.

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup light brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)

1 tablespoon coffee liqueur

2 large eggs

2 ½ cups all- purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 packages of milk chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup macadamia nuts



Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Using an electric mixer beat 1st six ingredients until light and fluffy. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt, blend well. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by ¼ cupful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until cookies are golden brown about 16 mins. (I like mine a little over done, so I bake them about 19 mins.) ENJOY!!

They sound wonderful! I'm afraid no one else around here would get to tasted them. After all, the cook has to sample the goods to make sure they can be eaten.
