Hi I also just use the cookie dough and used xmas cookie cutters for the destive season :)



Ingredients

½ Lb Plain Flour

¼lb unsalted butter

¼lb very dark brown soft sugar

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp Black treacle

1 tbsp golden syrup

1 tsp milk

Method

1. Rub butter into flour.

2. Add sugar and ginger

3. Mix in syrup and treacle with hands and make into a soft dough

4. Place in fridge to cool for around 20 min

5. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thick

6. Use cutters to make shapes

7. Cook at 375F for 10-12 mins
