Great Pasta Recipe

I cut chicken into bite size pieces, cook it up with some olive oil and garlic, add broccoli florets (fresh or frozen), and maybe a little bit of frozen spinach or cauliflower, then mix up an alfredo sauce packet in the same pan. Once the sauce is done, I'll add some chopped tomato and toss with some cooked pasta, and maybe sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Serve with maybe salad or bread, and some fruit.

I use my crock pot with chicken breast, stewed tomatoes, mushrooms and you could even add onions. I think there's a crock pot seasoning packet you can get at the grocery store. Anyway, throw all that in and let it cook on low all day. You could pretty much add whatever veggies you wanted.

This is something that I do at home. Cut your chicken into bite size pieces, season with salt, pepper, chili flakes if you like, and what ever other seasonings that you may enjoy. Cook pasta (I use Barilla), any style of pasta, set aside. In large pan, start to brown the chicken, add onions & garlic, can even add green or yellow peppers, broccoli or any other vege. Once chicken pieces browned, add some chicken broth, you want to cover the meat & veg's, bring to boil, add pasta, stir & serve. Serve with a salad, some warm bread and good to go. It's a quick, easy and versatile meal. You can always change the meat, make it with shrimp also.
