Will need: 2 lbs ground round
2-5 lbs carrots(I tend to use alot of carrots)
2 large cans tomato juice
5 lbs potatoes
Peel carrots and cut into bite sized pieces. Put carrots in water alone and cook since they take the longest to cook. Cook alone 45 min-hr.
Peel potaoes and cut into bite sized pieces.
Add potatoes to tomato juice and let simmer.
Drain and add carrots to tomato juice and potatoes after 45 min. to hr.
Fry ground beef and add when thoroughly cooked.
Let simmer until vegetables are soft and done.
We usually eat with butter bread :-)
