Harcombe Diet- Stage One- Needing Recipes including meats and veggies!

Anybody on the Harcombe Diet? I'm on day 2 of Phase One.

I was wondering if anyone had great recipes for either breakfast/lunch/ or dinner with only meats and veggies. That's all I can have for next 5 days, including plain yogurt.

Thank you for responding! I will take your word on that and try that! My family and I are up to try anything NEW, healthy, and yummy! Thanks again. :)

Cabbage Soup =

1.5# Hamburger

4 stalks celery, chopped

small head of cabbage (green), chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped (I use probably 2-3 Tbsp.)

1 heaping Tbsp garlic

1-2 can kidney beans, drained (I use dark red)

1 large can and 1 small canned diced tomatoes + 1 can each large and small of water

5-6 beef bouillon



Fry up hamburger in soup pan, add celery, parsley, tomatoes, water, garlic. Bring to a boil then add bouillon. Return to a boil then add the kidney beans and cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is wilted.



It may not sound that great, but the flavor and smells are amazing (and even better the next day as leftovers).
