Hashbrown Cassarole

1 lb frozen hashbrowns

16 oz sour cream

1 can cream of potato soup

1 can milk (use empty soup can)

salt and pepper to taste

shredded cheddar cheese



Mix all ingrediants together except cheese

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes

Add cheddar cheese and bake until cheese in melted
