Have you heard about High Fructose Corn Syrup?

I've recently read some information about High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is bad and it's in everything almost! It leads to diabetes, liver stress, and obesity. Glucose (sugar) is better. I have been reading about it and it's been eye-opening! I notice some products will say right on the package "NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP" just like some say "NO TRANS FAT." FYI that's all.

I read an article a while ago about high levels of Mercury found in more than half of the HFCS samples tested! I think it comes from the manufacturing methods. the HFCS sellers are getting scared that people are noticing that it is bad for them. Have you seen their commercials trying to reassure people that it is "natrual" and has the same calories as sugar? the FDA does not define the term "natrual", so anyone can legally claim their product is natrual. Don't be fooled by that marketing scam!

Yep! I've cut this from our diet almost a year ago! Along with the Hydrogenated oils (i.e. trans fats). I don't buy ANY products with either of these things in them, along with artificial sugars, flavors, colors and preservatives. Thanks for sharing with those who don't know!
