Quinoa patties. Cook quinoa according to directions in chicken stock. When done mix with 2 eggs and pesto and goat cheese (or whatever cheese you want) fetta is good too. Make into patties and fry until crispy on each side. Serve with a nice salad. I love them. Very good for you too! Gluten free too!
