Ingredients

1. Pasta
2. Fresh cream
3. Pesto sauce ready or homemade
4. mushrooms (optional)
5.salt
6. parmesan cheese or any other cheese you and your kids like

after cooking the pasta , and lightly cook the mushrooms in some olive oil in separated pan , add the cream fresh and the half of pesto sauce jar n or the amount that you like and some parmesan cheese (can be replaced in any cheese you like ) , that's it , you have a healthy meal in 15-30 min

you can serve with green salad and tomatoes with balsamic salad dressing

Yum! Thanks for sharing. Sounds delish :) I do Weight Watchers so I always mentally calculate how I can reduce fat/up the fiber in a dish. You could use the Barilla Plus pasta and Fat Free Half and Half for the cream.

I'm glad you like it , you are right it is important to watch out :) , and yeah there is a whole grain pasta , I try to eat that , sometimes I forget about it , but it is for sure better for the health. thanks for the feedback. all the best.
