tacos or taco salads. I use a lot of turkey is it ground? If so use it as if you would ground beef.

Take a can of cream of mushroom soup dilute it with water. Make four patties put inbaking dish, top patties with soup salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cover with foil and bake 350 for about 45 min. or to make sure center isn't red. It may come out pinkish but it's cooked through. Good luck! Serve with mashed potatoes and use the soup as gravy.

that is what i make tacos with, brown it then drain it. put back in pan on burner and add water and seasonings -- you can use taco seasoning packet, or season it yourself since they put a lot of sugar and salt in those packs. simmer it down, then serve with taco fixins! we do corn tortillas, cheese, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, tomatoes. Ground turkey is so much healthier and tastier than ground beef!!

you can use it for anything you use g beef for.

I made a soup with ground turkey in the crock pot the other day. Brown and drain the turkey, put it in the crock pot. Cube 4 cups potatoes, a small onion, can or two of diced tomatoes or whatever form you have handy, add water to fit pot almost to the top, add spices. I added some toms w/green chilies, so mine was a bit spicy. Cook on high for 4-5 hours til potatoes are soft. Tasty!

It's true!  Turkey can do almost anything ground beef can do.  Turkey meatloaf is a favorite at my house.  I do add a little olive oilve  when I use turkey in place of beef, though.  A tablespoon or two will keep it from getting too dry.  Canola oil works better if your recipe is delicate in flavour.

Sure you can! It is healthier than ground beef and lacking none of the taste! Enjoy

make tacos! get some flour or wheat tortilla, taco seasoning, and some veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc) and have a party! My son loves to roll the tortillas! Or you can use the hard shells and just fill and go!
