My son is a picky eater too but he LOVE Sheppard's Pie!

Sheppard Pie Recipe

1 1/2 lbs ground beef

6 medium potatoes

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tablespoon butter

2 to 4 tablespoons milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1 can corn (optional)

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)

dashes of salt (for mashed potatoes)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

1. Brown ground beef in frying pan. When half way done, add finely chopped onion.

2. Meanwhile, peel, chop and boil potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes. Mash with butter and milk. (A couple of dashes of salt to taste.)

3. When beef is done, drain.

4. Add can of mushroom soup to beef in pan, mix well and add salt and pepper, mix. Simmer on medium to low heat for 5 minutes.

5. Spread beef mixture in a casserole dish, add layer of canned corn (optional), spread mashed potatoes on top of corn (optional) and top with grated cheddar cheese (optional).

6. Bake in oven at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Good luck! =) Heather
