1 18 oz. container of peanut butter - creamy

1 stick of butter softened

1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips

1 1 pound bag of powder sugar

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and butter together. Add powder sugar. Stirring will get hard.

Make into small balls, no larger than 1 inch.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, and dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate. Spoon out, and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

If you want to eat them quickly, chill for about 20-30 minutes in the fridge. Otherwise, just let set out until chocolate hardens.

Makes about 2 dozen.

I am very well known by family and friends for these buckeyes, and have lots of requests around the holidays. They aren't easy to make, but well worth the time and effort.
