My kids are super picky and ask for this...
1 lb ground turkey ( or 1/2 lb each of ground beef and pork)
1 cup of panko bread crumbs (or if you like regular seasoned)
1 egg
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cup grated cheese
Minced garlic, salt, pepper to taste
1 can of tomato sauce

Mix together all ingredients except sauce and form into a loaf. Place in glass dish with cover and pour tomato sauce over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until thermometer reads 160 degrees ( depends on how thick you keep your loaf I press mine flat)

Meat of choice, salsa, crackers, 2-3 eggs depending on amount of meat. Then I bake it @ 425 until golden brown. (about an hour) My whole family loves it. Sorry I cant give you amounts because I cook by sight. I just add till it looks right.

I really don't like meatloaf in general, but I do love this one. And it's really quite easy to make. Just make sure you use a meat thermometer to make sure it's thoroughly cooked. www.thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/09/my-favorite-meatloaf/

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
Heinz 57 sauce, or equivalent
ketchup
breadcumbs
salt
pepper

Put the ground beef and egg in a bowl. I don't actually measure it, but put about 2-3 tablespoons of Heinz 57 sauce in the mix. Add 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup. Add about 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. Mix it all together. It should be tacky-not dry nor super wet. If it is dry, add more Heinz 57 sauce or ketchup. If it is wet, add more breadcrumbs-slowly, a little at a time.

Few ingredients are required, and NOBODY has ever complained.

I just use the McCormick seasoning packet. It has a great taste and I have never had any complaints from my family.

i have a super easy recipie (if you want to call it that). i take a large package of hamburger (the family size) extra lean, add in a box of chicken stove top, 1 egg and some chopped onion. Mix it all together, press it into a loaf pan (or put it in muffin tins for individual ones that are great to freeze). cook for about an hour, then i spread some tomatoe soup on the top and cook until finished (i use a meat thermometer, so depending on how much meat was in the package will determine the cook time. also, depends on if you do the loaf or muffin tin)
