i am craving choclolate! recipes anyone? i have a great recipe for pumpkin spice muffins in exchange

1 box of carrot cake mix
1 can of pumpkin
1/2 cup of water

mix ingedients together, then put in a greased muffin pan or paper lined muffin pan then bake at 350 F for 30-35 min. then of course you know ladies, its done when you insert a toothpick in the center of one of the muffins and it comes out clean! they are delicious!

plz make them and tell me what you think!

now i am craving sweeeetttss! any ideas?

Ashley, I am a chocoholic...I have so many recipes, I don't know which ones you'd like!! But here is my all time favorite!!

Molten Chocolate Cakes

6 oz Bittersweet Baking Chocolate
10 TBSP butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks

Preheat oven to 425. Grease six (6-ounce) custard cups or ramekins. Place on baking sheet.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for 2 minutes or till butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add powdered sugar and flour, will be thick. Add all eggs and stir with wire whisk until well blended. Divide among ramekins.
Bake 14-15 minutes or till cakes are firm around the edge but soft in the center. Let stand 1 min. Run small knife around edge to loosen. Immediately invert onto serving plate. Centers will be thick and runny!!

You can also half this recipe (which is what I do), just use: 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks. Plus 1/2 of everything else!!

• 4 Eggs
• 1 (almost 3.9 ounce) package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
• 1 (almost 18.25 ounce) package Chocolate Cake Mix
• 1/4 cup White Rum
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup White Rum
• 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup White Sugar
• 1/4 cup Water

How to make Chocolate Rum Cake:
• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• Then, you can Grease one 10 inch Bundt pan.
• Place chopped nuts in the Bundt pan.
• With the help of an electric mixer beat eggs, cake mix, pudding mix, oil, 1/2 cup of the water, and 1/2 cup of the rum on high speed for almost 2 minutes.
• Pour the batter into prepared Bundt pan over the top of the chopped nuts which were already placed in the pan.
• Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 55to 60 minutes.

• For Making the Rum Glaze
• Take a saucepan and combine margarine or the butter, sugar, 1/4 cup of the rum, and 1/4 cup of the water.
• Bring this mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour it immediately over still warm cake.

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup butter

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur (I always add 1/3-1/2)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . mix together the cookie crumbs, confectioners' sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa. Add melted butter and stir until well mixed. Pat into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes; set aside. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F .

2. combine cream cheese, white sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and flour. Beat at medium speed until well blended and smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in the sour cream and Irish cream liqueur; mixing on low speed. Pour filling over baked crust. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F and continue baking for 60 minutes.

Shut oven off and crack open door. Let sit until it has cooled off. 1-2 hours (you can let it sit overnight)

Chill before serving. If your cake cracks, a helpful tip is to dampen a spatula and smooth the top, then sprinkle with some chocolate wafer crumbs.

I also always use a water bath to help it not crack- just fill the cookie sheet with water until it comes to edge o or half way up the spring form pan,

Oh this recipe looks good. Well recently for mothers day I made chocolate truffles oh they were delicious..

200g dark chocolate
1/2 Cup cream.
1/4c cocoa powder
Opt: almonds,hazelnut,coconut

Chop up the dark chocolate into tiny pieces or use choc chip,boil the cream for about 5mins till its seems hot and pour over the chocolate.mix well slowly.
Glad wrap and set in fridge for 3 hours....

Once its done wash hand and spoon a Tbs in roll to make a ball,you could push an almond or hazelnut in the middle and roll again,you can coat with cocoa powder,shredded almond/hazelnut or coconut!!

I am sending you a great recipes for home made chocolate
3 glass of water
300 g sugar
100g tosted almond
400g powdered milk
100g cocoa
250g butter
boiled water and mixted with sugar, put back on the stew and cook for 30 min, cooled up. Stir powdered milk with cocoa and mixted with water and butter, and chopted almond, put the mixture in the greased pan and cool it very good, and enyoj.
