Hello i was just informed last week the the LO i am currently breastfeeding is having an allergic reaction to dairy so i am in need of some good dairy free recipies for everything from breakfast to snacks if anyone can help me.

I had the same problem (or so they thought) chances are very odd of this. You should be able to have some dairy even if that is the case. My baby ended up with GERD..and it was acid reflex causing the same symptoms. Maybe could be the issue? poss not, but just a thought. try no dairy for two weeks, if it is little to no improvment then its not you eating dairy, thats what our ped gi doc told us.
