I need cookie, cake , pie, or bars recipes for girls night with my daughters, help

I love oatmeal carmelitas. •2 cups all-purpose flour
•2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
•1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1 cup butter, melted
•1 (12-oz.) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted (optional)
1 (14-oz.) package caramels
1/3 cup half-and-half
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, stirring until mixture is crumbly. Reserve half of mixture (about 2 3/4 cups). Press remaining half of mixture into bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate morsels, and, if desired, pecans.
2. Microwave caramels and half-and-half in a microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50% power) 3 minutes. Stir and microwave at MEDIUM 1 to 3 more minutes or until mixture is smooth. Let stand 1 minute. Pour evenly over chocolate morsels. Sprinkle evenly with reserved crumb mixture.
3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

I love the website www.food.com They have so many recipes on there and the reviews are super helpful and pretty accurate. Monster cookies are always a favorite with kids cause they have candy in them :) Just do a search online and the recipe will pop right up. I would suggest cutting the recipe in half though cause they make a ton!

Mother's Applesauce Cake
2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves & allspice
1 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 c raisins
1 c chopped nuts
2 Tbsp sugar
Sift dry ingredients. Drop in: 1/2 cup shortening. Mix. Add 2/3 of 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce. Beat. Add eggs. Add remaining applesauce.
Fold in raisins & nuts. Pour into greased rube or rectangle pan. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees 35-45 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out dry.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup mini choc chips
Mix all ing together and drop by scant tbsp fulls onto waffel iron. Batter will be very thick. Cook until brown. Will be soft when you take them out. Will stiffen up at they cool. I didn't add coconut and nuts.
Omit vanilla, and sugars and add in savour ing. Ie: goat cheese and sundried tomatoes, herbs and lemon zest, chives and goat cheese and bacon, cheese and bacon, cheese and sausage. Veggies and herbs. Use these for sides for soups or appetizers or just to snack on. also to make sandwiches with.

Cocoa Cola Cake -
2 cup self rising flour
2 cup sugar
3 tbsp coco powder
1 cup coca-cola
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp coco powder
4 - 6 tbsp coca-cola
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans or choc chips
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside. Oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine flour and sugar. In a saucepan combine the coco powder, coca-cola, butter and marshmallows. Bring to a boil. Mix into flour and sugar. In a separate bowl mix eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35 min until done.
Frosting: in a saucepan bring butter, coco powder and coca-cola to a boil. Stir in sugar and mix well. Spread over cake while cake and frosting still warm. Sprinkle nuts or choc chips on top. Serves 16
Even with the crazy amounts of sugar in this, I didn't find it overly sweet - good for potlucks as it makes alot!

My girls like to help me make cake balls. Very easy, find your fav cake mix and frosting. Bake the cake as instructed. Once the cake has baked and cooled crumble up into a bowl, then add about 1/2 to 3/4 frosting. Once everything is added, chill in the freezer till dough is stiff. Melt some chocolate (I have found almond bark works best but you can do whatever) Mold cake into balls (smaller than golf balls) then dip them into the chocolate and put them on wax paper to cool. Once they are all done you can decorate them any way w/ sprinkles or drizzle other chocolate on top.
Our family favorite is chocolate cake w/ strawberry or cherry frosting and dipped in chocolate and frozen. The cake never really freezes but the chocolate does and it tastes like a cherry cordial.
