I got recipe from the campbells soup site. My kid's love absolutely LOVE it! It's very easy to make.
Thing's you will need are:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Large can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of corn
1 bag of egg noodles
Enough milk or water (I don't think it matter's which one you use) You just need it to make the soup thinner
boil the chicken until cooked, then let cool.
Cook egg noodles as direction's on package say
take your cream of mushroom soup and mix it with some water until the consistency is thin enough to mix it with the egg noodles.
Add a cup of cheddar to the soup and stir
Add chicken and corn to soup and stir
Next add your egg noodles and chicken
Top with the rest of the cheddar and bake in the oven about a half hour at 375.
Enjoy!!

Enchilada meatloaf:
2 cups crumbled cornbread
1 lb ground beef (ground chicken or turkey might work too?)
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
Mix together and bake at about 350 for about 1 hour or until cooked through ( I cover the pan with foil).
Top with cheddar cheese and some reserved enchilada sauce if desired. Double the recipe and roll leftovers in a tortilla for lunch the next day :-)

This is my first time posting on Circle of Moms.. hope Im doing it right! I just made this recipe the other night. My 2 girls aren't very picky, but my stepson is somewhat picky. Everyone loved this recipe and its so simple its crazy.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
4 -5 skinless, boneless chicken breast (or tenderloin cuts)
1 bottle of buffalo chicken sauce
Sandwich buns, the small ones are the ones my kids like.
Shredded lettuce
Ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer tinfoil on an oven safe pan. Place chicken in pan and put in oven until cooked throughly. Once cooked cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Pour buffalo sauce over them and cook for a few minutes, just enough to heat up sauce. Let everyone make their own sandwich with vegies and dressings. Easy clean up too! We usually have it with french fries.

I call this egg custard, get a teacup of milk, mix with egg, no need for sweetner, pour in a cup and steam in a steamer, when solid, it is good to eat and nourishing as well. Hope I have helped.

I'm not sure what your kids like or how picky they are. We do a lot of homemade quesadillas either chicken or just cheese. All you need is flour tortillas ($1.46 for a 10 pack), one chicken breast (I buy them frozen for about $7 for a 3 pound bag and can get about 4-6 quesadillas from one breast), and some shredded cheese (about $1.80 for 2 cups). Just chop up the chicken and cook through in a skillet. They I put them all together on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 5 minutes at 325. My girls also like skillet chicken and vegetables parmesan, but they love fruits and veggies. The whole meal is made in one skillet and doesn't take much time at all. You can find the recipe at Kraftfoods.com, they have a lot of great recipes for kids and that don't cost much.

Risi e bisi (Italian rice and peas)
50g/2oz diced pancetta
1 small onion, finely chopped
225g/8oz risotto rice, such as Carnaroli or Arborio
175g/1 cup peas
1 liter/2 pints chicken stock (I use vegetable bouillion)
chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp butter
25g/1 oz parmesan freshly grated
freshly ground black pepper
In a deep frying pan (preferably Teflon), saute the pancetta and onion in a little olive oil, unitl the onion is soft, but not brown. Add the stock, rice, and peas if they are frozen. Bring to a boil and keep at good simmer, stirring occasionally, about 15-20 minutes, until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in butter, cheese, and parsley, and season to taste. Serve in soup bowls with spoons.
Notes: I use diced bacon because it is easier for me to find (but definitely diced, not sliced; can be kept in freezer with no real defrost time).
If using fresh peas, not frozen, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Use real parmesan (or similar type cheese). It freezes well, so it is easy to have on hand all the time.
My picky two-year old always eats this, and it's easy, fast, inexpensive, and comforting. This feeds two adults and a toddler, with a little left over.

Hi Glynda, simple and probably you already make them this but as a single working mom I always revert back to homemade mac and cheese. Also my two love mince and potatoes which you can make big batch of and freeze some for another day. Also what we call stovies in Scotland, link sausage, potatoes, carrot and gravy my two love it. Good luck Paula .x

Crockpot Roast
1 frozen roast - we use chuck roast or whatever is cheap
1 can condensed Cream Soup - Cream of anything: Chicken, mushroom, celery
1 Can condensed Cheese Soup - Broccoli/Cheese is actually the best
1 can either French Onion soup or Golden Mushroom
Put the frozen roast in the crockpot. Pour the three soups over the top. Set the crockpot on low and cook 8 hours. Take out the roast and slice it on anything that will catch the drippings - we use a flexible plastic cutting board now, but I used to use a serving platter. Now you have a roast and the best gravy you ever tasted. I usually serve it with rice for the gravy, but I've been known to use noodles or boiled potatoes. Make a side dish of veggies and you are in business! We do this recipe just about every Sunday. I've used just about every cut of beef there is and also I've used a pork roast. But the pork roast has to be a little fatty, or it will come out dry.
