my boy is 11 months old and wearing size 24 month clothes, and has never drank a sip of cows milk. i make sure his diet consists plenty of plant proteins, vitamin rich fruits and veggies. if he doesnt like the taste of certain veggies then i`ll turn it into a fruit&veg tastey puree. he gets his complex carbs but i make sure not to fill him up only on carbs, and keep a wide variety of plants in his diet. he doesnt eat pasta or meat, rice & quinoa are good though.

I have 4 children who dont like milk ....AND why should they . I,m sure I gave birth to humans not baby cows! Milk in the human diet is good but we all dont eat or drink things we dont like we just replace them with things we do like.
Children need a balance of thing they like OR they wont eat anything for fear of you giving them something nasty. Give you child things she likes but balance it ...(not all sweets!) Make sure even though she is small she doesnt have anything wrong ...ie check with doctor and soon she will eat new things . I had a 9month old who weighed 14lb and walked!!!! it was like having a child from "The Borrowers" Hes now 24 and very grown up!

Aim for a balanced diet with a variety of foods from all of the food groups. I've been told that milk isn't essential as long as your little one is eating cheese and yoghurt everyday. There are also calcium rich veggies like peas and broccoli that you could try.
