I am in need of some different chicken recipes that your average kids would enjoy. You share with me and I have a few greats I'll share with you.

I cook up a bag of egg noodles while those are cooking I steam some veggies. My kids like peas and broc in this but anything will work. After everything is done cooking mix in a can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of chicken (kinda like tuna only chicken) and steamed veggies. You can do a lot with this receipe, I have added shredded cheese to the top or Italian bread crumbs, I have added crumpled chips and baked it for about 5 min, Instead of soup you can add the cheese dip that is in a can or velveta. Hope it helps good luck!!

Maya your chicken sounds yummy too.

Hi, this is really good if your kids like tomatoes. I take a half stick of butter in a fry pan. Add very few onions for few minutes until onions are brown. throw in a cut up chicken (you can use a small package of legs or wings. If you go the breast route use a whole stick of butter). I sprinkle salt/pepper/garlic/parsley on the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then I dump in a large can of chopped tomatoes or stewed tomatoes. Let it cook with no lid for about 35-45 minutes stirring so no burning or sticking.

My variation to this recipe to spice it up is to use tomatoe paste instead of the stewed tomatoes and I add whipping cream and curry powder.

Good luck!
