In need of some Salmon dinner ideas

This is an awesome recipe from my meal planning service. No fail. The only thing you can do to mess it up is overcook it. The "cooking tips" my service gives are to remove from oven when just ever so slightly dark pink in the middle. Then tent it with foil for 5 minutes. It lets the juices rest and continues to cook.
Crazy Moist Salmon
Source: Shrinking On A Budget Meal Plan
4 (5 oz.) salmon fillets
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons good soy sauce
3 tablespoons good olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Put fish on a large plate or in a Pyrex dish. Drizzle half of the marinade onto the salmon and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Reserve the other half of the marinade. While fish is marinating, preheat oven to 450. Transfer fish to a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Discard excess marinade that has been on the raw fish. Bake salmon in nonstick spray at 450F about 10 minutes. Remove when the salmon is still slightly dark pink in the center, then tent with foil for 5 minutes. It will keep cooking as it sits.
