To get juicy white meat.....



season meat with season salt and meat tenderizer, or any other season that you perfer.



Try baking the breast or other parts of the chicken in milk. USe majority of milk, and about two cups of water in it.



Put in some chopped or sliced Green Peppers



Hand mince some garlic and put over in the pot with the green peppers and chicken



also add to the pot:



Two boullion broth cubes...Perferrably beef but you can use chicken



sliced onions, and Italian seasoning



Bake for two hours...and whala....done



Breast or your choice of meat should be falling off from itself or the bone...It should also be flavored well..use your own judgement when it comes to seasoning your chicken.



SIDES:



Home made mashed potatoes, cut potatoes up and put them in water..let boil until tender, then remove water with drain...then pput back in pot, and add two tbsp of butter, and add in sour cream and salt.



other sides can be corn and yams...make some raspberry cornbread to go with it





this meal will sure win your mans heart!!
